Do you offer warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. Each product comes with a warranty card.
How long will it take to get my order?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
What is your return / exchange policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of receiving your item. Please ensure that the watch is unused and in its original packaging. For more details, contact us on WhatsApp.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement. Be sure to include photos of the damage for our records.
Do you have gift packaging options?
Yes! We offer gift packaging for an additional fee. You can contact us on WhatsApp, and we’ll make sure your watch is beautifully wrapped and ready for gifting.
